EyePet will be WAY sooner than Milo so I don't think there will be many comparisons once Milo comes out. When EyePet comes out they'll be some comparisons but they'll be pointless since Milo isn't a fully realized... game?/interaction software yet.

Sure, they both require a camera and you can interact with them. But the similarities end there.

Hopefully I don't have to explain the differences between the two. Lets just say they cater to different kind of experiences.

If they can't get along and fight, Milo has no chance at all. Remember that we can draw something and it'll become real in eye pet's world. Weapons, armors, vehicles...etc.

Pixar graphics aren't meant to look realistic.

The term "Pixar-like graphics" basically refers to awesome looking kiddy graphics that don't necessarily look realistic.

Sony does not realize the potential of their technologies!

Eye of Judgment for example, is a great card game that uses the PS Eye. Now why don't they go to Konami and convince them to make a Yu-Gi-Oh game for the PS3 using the PS Eye?!?!? It would bring Pokemon-like sales!

And EyePet will definitely be a great game. But why don't they do their own version of Pokemon with it?

There's a game coming out for the PSP called Invizimals and its kind of like Pokemon, but they should bring that to the PS3 also.

Sony just doesn't realize how much potential they have. -_-"

completely agree with you.. this cute little pet can entertain any human being with any age.. but that milo is kinda' creepy.. Milo AI must use in hardcore games (puzzle games,co-op games.. etc) not directly as entertainment!

Milo seems like something that will fascinate people originally, but when they sit down and evaluate it, they realize that they are playing with a 12 year old boy, then it just starts to feel awkward.

i can't imagine bringing over my 30 year old friends and showing off Milo, my new 12 year old friend, who is trapped inside of my television set, as opposed to cute adorable EyePet (who i will, of course have given some sort of affectionate name to), which won't set off their Pedo-meters like Milo no doubt will.

This game looks pretty interesting, it's a good way to put PSEye in use. It's cool to have motion controlers/PSEtoy for mini-games/gimmickry but I dont expect/want them to become the fundamental way to interact with games, at least, not in the foreseeable future .
