Adults-Only Titles Seeking a Place in the Video Game Market

While the mainstream won't touch sexually explicit games, events such as the Sex in Videogames Conference and IDGA's Sex in Games SIG suggest that they are here to stay and even gain market share. The problem that developers face with making and AO rated game is that major console manufacturers won't sell or license them, and that EMA member stores and other major retaillers won't carry them. So what is the answer to these developers' problem? Two words, digitial distribution.
