Red Faction is still actually a pretty good game. The online play is fresh and solidly built, and the single player campaign gives the player more freedom that the typical open world game simply because your actions have a real impact on the world you play in. It's definitely worth a rental, if only to spend a night wrecking buildings in the impressive gameplay engine.
