Another special edition? I think I'll avoid it but the art book is tmpting

They added in an update, the art book and the soundtrack CD are pre-order bonuses and not a special edition.

The person that submitted this article should add it in to the description.

Bayonetta looks great although I believe its destined to be a sleeper hit. Not sure why SEGA's releasing a new IP in the overcrowded Fall/Holiday time.... I would like to get it eventually however its not the first or last game on my "must buy" list. Oh well... There are too many games, and not enough people to play/buy them all. :-p

Edit: @ below- I'm in the same boat. A demo would do much to convince me to buy Bayonetta (or not if its poor). Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 and Demon Soul are more likely candidates for my action-hardcore gaming fix.

I didn't think it looked that great at first. However, I own both Viewtiful Joe and Okami, not to mention DMC1 and DMC4, and they're outstanding. I hope Sega releases a demo when the game comes out. If not, I might just stick with Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2.

Fall is so crowded >.<

I love special and collectors edition but I had to cancel call due to all the games coming out including Aion CE and AC2 Black Edition

*cries*

Marked on my calendar. Bayonetta is looking sweet; I hope it isn't disappointing like DMC4.
