When a successful first-person shooter gets green lit for a sequel, its creators can generally get away with taking the "bigger is better" route the second time around; deliver larger enemies and set pieces, cooler weapons and special effects, and you're halfway home. Bioshock doesn't have that luxury. 2K Boston's Big Daddy-starring title changed the FPS landscape, evolving the genre past big guns and bigger explosions to deliver a shooter that was more about storytelling and atmosphere.
