Five new titles heading for Wii is reason enough for a little attention, even though it's pretty sure the Wii versions of these five new titles from Team6 Game Studios won't look as pretty as these PC renders do.
Aussie Nintendo - With less to do about the bus that couldn't slow down and more in line with snorting a crushed pill, Speed is a surprisingly decent budget racer! And at a mere fifteen bucks, such a statement had to be virtually yelled.
WorthPlaying writes: "Flight combat games have had several different vehicle types featured in the last few console generations. Aside from the obvious jet fighters and spacecraft, players have gone into the cockpits of biplanes, WWII planes, and even classified flying crafts from various wars in history. Interestingly enough, no flight games during this generation or the previous one have had combat helicopters take center stage, aside from appearances in first-person shooters and open-world sandbox games. Players who wanted to take to the skies in combat helicopters would have to dig back into the 16- and 32-bit eras with titles like the Strike series from EA. The release of Pacific Liberator on the Nintendo Wii attempts to fill this gap. While the title's core aspects are quite fun, there are enough flaws to hold it back from being a fun little sleeper hit."
Few people can deny the basic allure of the monster truck. Young boys and a few adults marvel at the sight of what looks like an average truck with massively oversized tires roaring through stadiums and crushing almost everything in its path. With such a machine as a big attraction on its own, it is surprising to see that video games centering on monster trucks have been, at best, less than mediocre. Small and big game publishers alike just can't seem to make a monster truck game that is enjoyable by even hardcore fans of those vehicles.
Wow pretty cool, 5 hardcore Wii games. The screenshots dont' look too shabby either.
huh never heard of these guys
why mainly the racing games man?
Man.. that's alot of okay looking racing titles. Really? Noone thinks those graphics can be done on wii? their not all that impressive in my opinion. Whatever that helicopter game sounds alright and I guess glacier 2 sound not too shabby either. Does anyone know if these are retail titles or wiiware? I can't imagine one stuio pumping out this many racing/vehicle titles at the same time unless they are wiiware titles.
