Metal Gear Arcade Screenshots

The-MagicBox: "Konami revealed new details of its arcade game Metal Gear Arcade, the game will have special 3D visuals which requires player to wear a pair of 3D glasses; images you see on the left and right eyes are slightly shifted to produce 3D effects. There will be a special gun type controller attached to the arcade system."

Really.. it's built on the MGS4 engine. So don't be surprised if this is ported to the system in a year. We already know, the PS3 can pull of 3D too.

The only problem is you need a HDTV that can do 3D. Only some Samsung and Mitsubishi HDTV are capable. Of course you would also need to get the glasses too which isn't exactly cheap.

There are companies out there make attachment 3D screen addon to your LCD. so you don't need to wear 3D glasses...

This game is on the PS3 - it's MGO. The only difference is is that this can be played in 3D.

I always play mgo and even I dont have all the perks leveled up.
I guess the arcade already has the player leveled to the max.
Also, i cant even begint to explain how much I love MGO.
I wish alot of you guys played it religously.

How come I didnt see a big deal with the konami id thing?
I do understand how it could frustrate a few people who arent old enough to have thier own credit cards but the login is a 1 time event.
after that its auto login and I never had a problem since mgs4's release.

The reason why I stopped playing was because I forgot MGS4 at home. Schoolwork got in the way and by then most players were miles ahead. Also the costly expansion packs is a bit of a turn off for me.

It usually happens to me, the moment these map pack/expansion pack comes out, I tend to stop playing.

MGO was great.
Loved the headshots felt rewarding.

The reason I stopped was because of all the glitchers ruining survival mode.

If any of you guys have played Initial D or Maximum Tune at the arcades, you pay like $4-5 to get your own card. The card keeps record of your progress and upgrades, etc.

No, all HDTV and SDTV can perform 3D image with 3D glasses...

BUT, if you have a 3D capable tv, with the 3D special glasses... (not the one build with paper of course) you will get the best 3D experience.
