IGN Pre-E3 2009: Ratchet and Clank Future: A Crack in Time Lombax-Lovin

Rather than sit here and come up with our own ideas for what this R&C game is going to bring us, IGN went to Insomniac Games Creative Director Brian Allgeier for the straight truth about the story, the characters, the weapons, and the fact that Ratchet is no longer the only Lombax in the known universe.

Ratchet & Clank is another AAA title that can only be done on PLAYSTATION®3. Sony and Insomniac games have once again completed the unthinkable. The original Ratchet & Clank titles lived up to the claim that PS2 could produce Toy Story graphics and Ratchet & Clank surpassed this. This time around, Ratchet & Clank's visuals far exceed what you would see out of a Disney Pixar movie.

Sony Computer Entertainment once again shows you the true spectrum of platforming games. PLAYSTATION®3 sets the example and is the industry standard on how games should be developed and pushes the brink of innovation by daring developers to think outside the box. If you want typical, boring, stale, terrible titles then look no further than Banjo Kazooie and the rest of Xbox 360's lineup.
