Project Sylpheed and Vampire Rain Coming to the U.S.

Microsoft has just announced its plans to bring Project Sylpheed and Vampire Rain to North America this summer. Below are the games' description:

In addition to non-stop space action, gamers can embark on a pulse-pounding mission in "Vampire Rain," leading a highly-trained black-ops unit on a secret mission to eliminate the deadliest supernatural enemies ever faced: the intensely fast and super agile Nightwalkers. Players must traverse all areas of an eerie and rain soaked city by moving across rooftops and through back alleys, avoiding detection to ensure the best strategic use of high-tech weaponry. Developed by Artoon, "Vampire Rain" combines stealth, survival horror and shooter aspects of several classic games to bring an intense and hair-raising experience that can be enjoyed alone or with friends over Xbox LIVE ®. Who can keep their cool under the heat of the dog days with Nightwalkers in hot pursuit?

I thought Vampire Rain is coming to the PlayStation 3 as well as the Xbox 360?

I heard the game sucks and from what I have seen its very similar to Splinter Cell...only with Vamps.

Vamp Rains looks and plays terrible, a bad copy of MGS and SC with vampires. ProjectS seems better but IMO both of them are bad and will be getting bad scores.

You don't even have to wait until they come out and you see them to know they will suck, sight unseen.
After all, they are XBOX360 exclusives published by MS, right?
They *have* to suck.
By definition.

I was the assumption if the game was not of MGS franchise then it may as well suck @ss...

The MS guys cooking up the deals for these games are the same MGS guys who greenlighted Gears, Crackdown, and Mass Effect in the US and Blue Dragon, Lost Odyssey, and Lost Planet out of Japan.
The least a semi-rational knuckle-walker would assume is that they saw something in those games worth spending a couple million worth of up-front money.
But then, even knuckle-dragging troglodytes don't get worked up in a petition-writing frenzy when the caveman next door comes home with a juicy steak.
They at least know when they've worn out their welcome and when the next response headed their way is a spiked club. (Metaphorically speaking, of course. Blood is hard to get out of a good spiked club.) ;-)
