zConnection Review: Neon Genesis Evangelion: Ayanami Raising Project with Asuka Supplementing Project (Japanese Import)

Connor Beaton writes: "I've never been as huge a fan of animé as some of my friends and colleagues have been. Evangelion Girl "Raising" Game: Info & Pics

"Shinseiki Evangelion Ayanami Ikusei Keikaku DS with Asuka Hokan Keikaku" or
"Neon Genesis Evangelion Ayanami Raising Project DS with Asuka Completion Project" in English, is a simulation game in which you will "raise" the heroines Rei and Asuka (from the anime Evangelion), into girls of your liking.

This DS version is a port of the Japanese PC game, with extra added customs and ending variations that the PC players should also check out.

Player will take the role of Rei and Asuka's guardian, keeping their schedules and giving them actions to do which will raise their stats. The player will have a period of one year to raise them, the ending will vary depending on their different stats and event cut-scenes during the game.

There will also be a quiz mode to test your Evangelion knowledge.

The game will be released on 8/28 for 5040 yen in Japan.
