It seems to not have fully propagated to all of the iTunes servers, but if you follow the link contained within the article, there is a direct link there.

I used the link, thanks for pointing it out. I downloaded the game, I've played it for a couple minutes. I'm surprised that it looks as good as the screen shot, and the controls work exceptionally slick. By default the car is full throttle, touch the screen to brake, swipe up to boost, swipe back to go into slow motion to make quick maneuvers, and tilt to steer. Audio quality is great.
