Madden 10 Demo Scores a Release Date

According to EA's website Madden fans will be treated to a demo sometime in August. The announcement is actually listed in the picture above.

There was no formal announcement, just the picture located on the right of the EA page sourced below. Hopefully we can see even more improvements than what Madden 2009 brought to the table.

why do I continue to buy the new Madden when the upgrades are minimal? I already sold Madden 09 because I plan on getting Madden 2010. I'll shake the habit one day...I hope.

I know what you mean Lifendz

I have to get Madden 10 though, my team will be a beast!

evrfighter5562d ago

every time I read about this game I get irritated. No competition from game developers pretty much means that EA can make their NFL games as crappy as they want and NFL fans will probably keep buying them.

FragMnTagM5562d ago

from other developers. Then I might actually buy a football game again. Until then, I am not a big enough fan to buy one of the biggest rip offs in gaming.

To me, buying Madden is the equivalent to buying those crappy games that come out with movies.

I got last year's Madden so this year madden has zero chance of a purchase from me. Maybe madden 11

Trey4Lyfe5562d ago

the game will still sell like hotcakes, never underestimate america's love for the NFL

II Necroplasm II5562d ago

love for the NFL is the correct reason. believe me cause I have to buy them :(

I miss back in the days of great NFL games. Madden 04 was awesome cause it had to cause 2K sports was breating down the neck of EA.

I hope they bring back the Play Creator though

The_Zeitgeist5561d ago

I agree, I have to buy it every year. I would love if they would just release a definitive game and sell you the new rosters every year for like 30 bucks or something. I can dream.

koston36475562d ago

havent bought a single madden game so i think i deserve this one im not one of those obsessed buyers

II Necroplasm II5562d ago

The series has come a long way since the early PS3/360 days.

Madden can catch a bad rap at times but it really is fun as hell to play. And very deep too.

Madden IQ: Did it Make Madden Great?

PlayStation Beat: This week marks the 25th Anniversary of the Madden NFL franchise with the release of Madden NFL 25. This made me think about what made Madden NFL 10 playable for longer than two weeks. Madden IQ, did you make it better

Borrowed games, a coffee cup, and the true meaning of Christmas

What do a coffee cup and borrowed video games have to do with the real meaning of Christmas? Lots, apparently.

THR1LLHOUSE4597d ago

Aw, a very nice little story.

NagaSotuva4597d ago

I was in love with the story until Madden came up.

lorianguy4597d ago (Edited 4597d ago )

Unlike at Christmas time, leaving a coffee stain on the case of a borowwed game causes large amounts of abuse from my friends.

Careful where you put your coffee!

But that was a very nice story, it seems you have made Jake a very happy boy :)

Cleveland Browns Running Back Peyton Hillis Latest Victim Of The Madden Curse

When it comes to sports curses, aside from the Chicago Cubs, there’s no more active superstition than the Madden curse. Since 1999, almost every year something bad has happened to the cover athlete of Electronic Arts’ bestselling Madden NFL franchise. Cleveland Browns running back Peyton Hillis is the latest victim of this curse.
