Holding of breath ill-advised for new Elder Scrolls, busy elsewhere

Bethesda's Peter Hines has said they aren't planning "anytime soon" to make an announcement on the "next big project".

per generation.

I like a big leap between my epic sequels, don't you?

If waiting brings a better game, then it's well worth it. Think Blizzard :)

The next one will be as deep and as imaginative as Morrowind.
Oblivion, while good, was dummed down and the generic medieval art direction boring.
Morrowind FTW

looks like they are going to stick with fallout for a while. which is all right in my book.

I preferred Oblivion to Fallout 3. Now they've finished a Fallout game, quit with the Fallout for a while and do Elder Scrolls. Alternate, like Insomniac with Resistance and Ratchet & Clank. Please?

I really hope they do this, alternate between Fallout and Elder Scrolls. I absolutely loved Oblivion, as my first Elder Scrolls, and I put ~200 hours into it. (I still haven't done everything possible yet.) Fallout 3, however, I only played ~25 hours. =\ I've been wanting to play Morrowind, hearing how it was much better than Oblivion, so maybe that will tide me over until Elder Scrolls V.
