Bandai Namco published a new trailer from Dragon Ball Kai.
Another Dragon Ball game??? OMG
lol! Yeah! DBZ returns every year with more enemies from the series and the movies and so on and so on... What bothers me is the constant: Year 2008 games lasts till the Frieza Saga Year 2009 games lasts till the Cell Saga Year 2010 games lasts till the Buu Saga Year 2011 games lasts till the Buu Saga and a couple of tie ins with the movies Year 2012 a new console is released and it begins: Year 2012 games lasts till the Frieza Saga Year 2013 games lasts till the Cell Saga Year 2014 games lasts till the Buu Saga Year 2015 games lasts till the Buu Saga and a couple of tie ins with the movies I say gives us a DBZ game start to finish!
Joking , but i'm semi-happy they do so , seeing how much i hate buu's saga and GT . Of course one could argue that i could avoid playing with the post cell versions of sayans and new characters , however it becomes impossible when playing with other people , online or in the living room . Not to mention those versions and characters are usually what break and ruins further the already non existing balance :p . Again i'm only half-serious and joking a bit ... it's of course a rip-off , and why (along with the quality of dbz games) i no longer buy those .
This is from 20th anniversary of the series I think.
they sure can pump out a newDBZ game quickly, its about time we had a half decent one though, perhaps An RPG like the one on the nes in 89 with all the characters in it.
I'll probably buy this if it gets released here.
The Goku RPGs on the GBA were pretty sweet so I'm glad they are making another DBZ rpg rather than the normal fighting game. It is funny how most of the games only cover a 3rd of the story at a time. Maybe someday a dev will get a publisher willing to forgo an rpg that covers the full series :)
The battles look great, the rest not so much. Its got my attention though, I'll keep an eye on this one. Personally I've enjoyed the Tenkaichi games the most, I'm hoping we'll see a next gen version. Burst Limit was a bit weak imo. It's always nice to see a new DBZ game in any case, it shows the series is still alive and well even after all this time.
