One of the oldest racing franchises is also one of the best. Test Drive has a somewhat checkered past, but all of that was forgotten with the release of Test Drive Unlimited in 2006. The "massively multiplayer online" experience featured 1000 miles of virtual Hawaian terrain to explore, and reminded us what Test Drive was capable of.
No. 4 Driver
Not really a racer per say, but a great driving game. Like "Grand Theft Auto" on driving crack. With a friend, the mission-based car games is even better, as two player split screen affords the ability to player tag or cat and mouse for a good four to five hours at a time. Good stuff.
