"Nolan North, better known as Nathan Drake, is a talented guy, and apparently very busy. While I haven't confirmed this with the voice talent list of Stormrise, tonight's review on X-Play included snippets of what sounds like his dulcet tones. Immediately following Stormrise was a bit on X-Men Origins: Wolverine, in which North definitely voices Deadpool."
The mind behind Prince of Persia shares his family’s life story as well as his own as a videogame developer in an emotional and very personal book.
With the release of The Lost Crown this week, let's take a look at every Prince of Persia game released since the series debuted.
BY MOSHE SWEET: These are the best licensed video games that are not Spider-Man or from the Batman: Arkham series.
I had a blast with a Bugs Bunny game on PS1 as a kid. It is probably trash now but at the time, it was awesome.
"50 Cent: Blood in the sand"
Ps3 scored 6/10 all round loads of review sites but was so much fun while not a technical masterpiece in any way has a worthwhile engaging story and script and of course an unbeatable soundtrack.
He even voiced the lead in Halo Wars. Funny though, he will always be Nathan Drake to me. Hearing him in PoP and Halo Wars all I could think of is Nathan. Great voice talent and one of the best imo.
In every one of his roles to come, there should always be an "Aww crap" line.
Thanks for musing on North's myriad appearances with me, guys!
Those of you that have watched the Stormrise review - does that sound like North to you, too? (You first hear him say "So this is our great hope? man, we're screwed")
Like I said in the article, his work is so extensive odds are he's somewhere in the game!
My favourite VA!
He's right behind us, man.
I told you there's no escaping Nolan North.
He's gaining on us.
Oh shi...
xD
But yeah hearing Drake's voice in every game is not good IMO. I remember playin PoP and being like, "WTF?!" Kinda threw me off a bit. Maybe if he changed the tone for each character or something like that. Maybe learn some accents or something. I dunno...
