TeamXbox writes: "When the original The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape From Butcher Bay released for the Xbox back in 2004, it made a big splash for a couple of reasons. For one, it was coming out late in the life cycle of the original Xbox, and the developers at Starbreeze had squeezed every last drop of graphical power out of the console. The game looked amazing, like what we imagined games on the next-generation of consoles would look like at the time. It also had some really innovative gameplay built around first-person stealth, and it starred a real-life action hero who provided his signature voice and visage to the character. The game just felt really good, somehow getting melee combat down for a FPS, and delivering a satisfyingly well written and well acted story to boot."
