Uwe Boll and Producer Stephan Beier Talk Tunnel Rats: The Video Game with Skewed and Reviewed

Uwe Boll is best known for his film versions of video games. Skewed and Reviewed get the latest on the Directors new venture, a video game based on one his new films which is oddly enough not based on a video game and has drawn some positive reviews for the oft maligned Director.

its not the worst game ever, its a classic lowbudget shooter, and for that it looks pretty decent.

dont just bash everything because bolls name is on it. The team working on this game did it mostly by themselfs, boll only gave directions. He hardly had anything to do with the game except giving the money and rough concept.

Surprisingly Tunnel Rats wasn't that bad of a movie. It wasn't amazing but it was pretty good. Thank god it wasn't based on a video game or else he would have fked it up for sure.

EDIT: It's got some inaccuracies but it definitely is a movie that grips you. I wish you could "connect" with the characters more though

Bolls movies are mostly crap = yes
tunnelrats is no good game = yes
is he a bad person or businessman = hellno

he offers lowbudget movies and now games that many people actually enjoy who are you to to forbid boll to make a living and industry out of his working business model.

oh and btw ghost of sparta. you havent seen anything of the game except a bad bad trailer of the pre-alpha. its not a AAA game ffs. its a low budget game and plays and looks pretty decent for that.

but i know, bashing something is pretty easy, making a funded argument or critique actually demands some thinking before posting.

cut the hate there are many many more lowbudget producers out there but you only hate on boll because he bought some videogame licenses.

if anyone relizes his history in the film industry then you will know how badly his decisions are and how awfull his reputation is as well.
sadly i fell victim to some of his movies.

his is not worthy of anything movie or game related so the hate for him is WORTH IT and he very well Deserves it too.
one SEMI-good movie (sh!ty imo) does not justify a great lifetime of jacked up low grade movies.
i can care less about his damn video game despite whos making it,if uwe boll is behind it then it srait sux.

Everyone has the most legitimate and EVERY reason to put hae on this guy so dont go acting like your defending him wen you said yourself he has a bad rep.

people just bash everything when they definatly get agree on it because hating is so easy. give credit where credit is due. Boll itself makes a living with his movies and so do many people working with him. Who are you to define whats "wrong" or "right". If boll wouldnt have made game adaptions noone would care. But he did, and yes theyre bad, but so what ?

i played tunnelrats in pre alpha and its not awefull, its a low budget game that offers a much higher visual quality then most games on the same budget level.

relax its not like your guys life depends on what boll does or doesn't
