...and just stick to a non-repetitive story. The first one would have been even better without the computer matrix stuff and if the game were shortened to 6 hours of straight content to forgo the repetition.

I have said this many times, the game was a flawed masterpiece. Or a diamond in the rough....

Lots of potential. If they polish up the rough edges, and at the very tip-top of their "to-do-list" make sure they have no repetitive gameplay, add depth to combat and missions, they could have a mega hit series.....

Swimming in Venice? How about Batman style flight to add to the great climbing/platforming of the first.Short glides from roof-top to roof-top....

I am quessing we get some kind of flight in this one, from looking at the davinchi concepts within that trailer...Hope so at least.

Looking forward to more indepth details...

So what your saying is kind of contradictory. But I do see what your saying. I didn't really have a problem with the computer matrix stuff, I just think it could have been done better. But that's what sequels are for, so we'll see.

As long as they forget about the future, redo the plot and put real content that is not hide&seek with flags and crusaders, i'm on it.

Uhm, ancient Italy? Try again...Please fix that if possible it makes my head hurt.

The trailer has images that are reminiscent of the famous folios of Leonardo da Vinci, and 1519 (the date of Leonardo's death) isn't exactly ancient.

Anyway, the trailer appears to confirm the rumors that the game will be set in Italy.

I was going to say the same thing, lol. That's Renaissance Italy. It might just be the translator, though, the alt source says Renaissance.

lol, it can "only" be set there? hold your horses buddy.

and btw, in some languages "ancient" is synonymous with "old" so it was most likely bad translation
