Codename: Panzers Cold War impressively survived the folding of its initial developer, Stormregion, and that of its initial publisher, 10tacle Studios. Unfortunately, the old adage of "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger" doesn't apply here, as somewhere in the game's arduous journey to retail it never got the testing it deserved.
If it were completely bug-free it'd fall solidly on the good side of mediocre, as but right now it bobs back and forth between fun and frustrating. A few patches should make this a light and breezy RTS for those with a strategic mind but a short attention span or for any fan of mechanized WWII combat, but it'll need a little more time in the oven, first.
