That Oblivion will be out this week. This is really piss poor on Ubisofts part the only saving grace is that these later games are going to be better than the orignal, free of glitches and other programing problems, at least they should be.

Well its on the Xbox 360 at the moment, i thought it would come out on the PC before the Xbox 360 version.

Scythesean6240d ago

maybe the 360 version is to test out bugs and then give the other systems better performance.

It's no secret that the Ubisoft games have all done very well with the xbox brand. MS has embraced Ubisoft and like wise I think Ubisoft has been returning that favor in terms of timed exclusives.

I think the PC version will definitely show some refinement but I wouldn't hold my breath for any other platform to get any kind of extra love.

Dude, they are totally different games. The bugs in one will in no way whatsoever be applicable to the other.

Booneral6239d ago

That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Xbox 360 for beta testing to build a better PS3 version? Come on dude, we live on planet Earth! :)

Idk. Loot boxes did disappear and battle passes and in game purchases are all cosmetic. We get free weapons and maps post launch, any gameplay affecting content. I could care less about all the cosmetics.
I absolutely hated the days where weapons were locked behind a less than 1% chance lootbox pull where it'd take 5+ hours to have enough tokens to do a single pull and lazy remastered/remake maps cost you $15 each wave or $50 for the season pass that you didn't know what you'd get and these maps were only available to those that bought it so you get a smaller pool of players match with.
