MSI preparing a new AMD 770 based motherboard

Fudzilla: "We managed to get some pictures of MSI's upcoming 770-C35 budget AM3 motherboard based on AMD's 770 chipset paired up with the SB710 southbridge.

According to the paper, the board supports AMD's 140W CPUs and comes with support for the DDR3 memory. It has four DDR3 slots with support for DDR3 800/1066/1333/1600, and it comes with one PCI-Express 2.0 x16 slot, two PCI-Express x1 slots and three plain PCI slots."
