Namco Bandai announced today that Ultimate Ninja 4: Naruto Shippuden, the first video game for North America based on the Naruto Shippuden animated series from VIZ Media, has gone gold for the PS2.
this game has some of the best gameplay graphics on the ps2 that i've seen so far.
Ultimate Ninja Storm was a BIG disappointment to me and its a shame that a two year old PS2 port will be better than that game.
Shippuden series FTW!
I loved Ultimate Ninja: Storm, but maybe I'm in the minority here.
Ultimate ninja storm was more than satisfactory in a lot of areas(graphics *drool*). I think its main problem is that even though it excelled more than ever in some areas like graphics and the new battle system it actually scaled down on features like characters and even the cutscenes (they missed a lot of the story) where previous ps2 titles had ridiculous amounts of. I'm sure in the next title if they fix up the areas where the older titles used to be stronger in like the better recounts of the Naruto story arcs, lots of characters, an array of combos and finishers. I think we'll have a very strong fighting experience on our hands.
this is a must buy.
I'll buy this one. :D
Then the world will understand TRUE pain.
i don't think he's in it.
You guys are missing the point of the article here: the PS2 WON'T DIIIIEEEEE!!!
Well this game is not exactly new,it came out in '06/'07 i can't remember.
4 those who've been following this amazingly written Manga, if and when they follow UNS, they should just use all the major shinobi, with the same formula, but add On-Line. The engine in this game was like the Kingdom Hearst engine on crack.
