Need for Speed: Carbon Press Release

Electronic Arts announced today that Need for SpeedTM Carbon is in development and will hit the streets this November. Developed by EA Black Box in Vancouver, British Columbia, Need for Speed Carbon delivers the next generation of adrenaline-filled street racing and will challenge players to face the ultimate test of driving skill on treacherous canyon roads.

“We pride ourselves on our ability to reinvent the franchise and continually uncover new and exciting trends in car culture. Canyon Racing is a real test of a driver’s skill and we think it provides a fantastic game play opportunity to lean into,” said Larry LaPierre, the game’s executive producer.

The chances that this game will just be a prettier(and probably not by much) version of the PS2 or XBOX game are pretty high, considering EA is behind the game.

There's also a REALLY good chance that they'll drop the ball on multiplayer, like they've done with every other NFS title since High Stakes.

You have one post, one single little bitty post. That says "you are an idiot" is that all you came here to say? Is that why you registered here? Just to call someone an idiot, well if thats the case then you are the idiot.

Get a grip on reality, EA has done it in the past, whats to say they will change? He made a valid point.
