Developers concerned by Android Market returns policy

Google's Android Market, the firm's answer to the Apple App Store now available to North American mobile Android users, has come under attack from a number of developers for its controversial returns policy.

Google last week outlined the terms and conditions for its service, one of which was the ability to get a refund for any app they've downloaded as long as the request comes within 24 hours of purchase, and as long as the app cost less than $10.
