Destination PlayStation News: LittleBigPlanet, MotorStorm, Assassin's Creed, more coming to PSP

"Big news coming out of the Phoenix area, where SCEA's annual Destination PlayStation conference is taking place. I've copied the entire press release for you below, but here are some of the highlights:

* New PSP bundles coming in 2009, including an Assassin's Creed PSP Entertainment Pack and a Hannah Montana PSP Entertainment Pack, which includes a new Lilac PSP.
* Some of your favorite games are going portable for the first time, with exclusive PSP editions: MotorStorm Arctic Edge (also coming to PS2), LittleBigPlanet, and the Petz series.
* The Warhawk Command Center launches in PlayStation Home this week.

WOW with Parasite Eve, Kingdom Hearts, FF13 Agito, Resistance retribution, etc + this and who knows what else for E3. PSP is hot atm.

Well with all these big titles Sony should now better integrate the PSN with the PSP and add trophies and freinds list to the psp, that integrates with the PS3, eg can show if a freind is on the PS3 or PSP, and then send messages between them...I will buy an new psp if that happened but for the moment its a bit bland.

Nonetheless I'll definitly by this game when it comes out on the PSP. I allways wanted them to make the game on the PSP. I'm really happy now ;)

a PSP version of Assasins Creed is long overdue. Good to see Ubisoft bringing the franchise to the PSP.

LBP on PSP is a must though.

Have to disagree... I'm not a fan of the color. It's a little less fruity than pink, but I still wouldn't get it. Plus I hate Hannah Montana. So that doesn't help. =\

I seriously hope this means that PSN ID is coming to PS3 (existing users shud be able to sync their PSP with their PS3) and trophy support.

Also its good to see Sony trying to hit the female userbase more now.
Hannah Montana and Petz is a weolcome addition to the handheld.

Although, rockband would be pretty cool. Seeing as you can talk into the ds mic why not have a special set of touch screen pads for the drums.

I do like gh on tour and my son and I do song swap with on tour and classic edition. there will be another gh game for the ds. modern hits. cant wait for that one.

dont be so certain that the 4000 will be there any soon:
'Hannah Montana PSP Entertainment Pack ... SCEA will launch this new bundle in July.'
thats a 3000 series so perhaps they are saving 4000 for later

I am no fan of this new PSP but with bringing in the little girls will be great. That is some thing Sony has not been doing so smart move Sony.

'Recognized as the undisputed industry leader, Sony Computer Entertainment...' generally i would contest the undisputed part but with this lineup for psp and the line up for ps3 i cant disagree.
