Thanks as much to the tools as the talent,the line between mods and commercial titles blurs more by the day. But there's still a line. Not that you'd know it to look at Lightspire: Fortune's Web, a CryEngine 2 action-RPG mod that simply looks too good to be true.
So, is it? Promising much of Crysis, versatile action, and incredibly consistent from concept to code, it recently took its first step towards commercial release by securing an evaluation licence from engine creator Crytek.
