In an interview conducted earlier this week, videogame trade publication GameDaily spoke with Namco Bandai's Chief Producer, Daisuke Uchiyama regarding a number of subjects. Though the main focus of the discussion was Dragon Ball Z (another title which Uchiyama is producing), the creator did reveal that the Soulcalibur team was already working on a new title in the series:
"[Namco's development staff working on a future Dragon Ball Z title] would be the ideal scenario," commented Uchiyama. "But a new Tekken [6] and Soulcalibur are already in the works, so it is [currently] not possible."
There are good video game protagonists, and there are bad video game protagonists.
I disagree that max is unlikable. Chloe is infinitely more unlikable in my opinion.

Most of these aren't even that bad. Especially comparing to others like Squall "Whatever" Leonhart, Forspoken's Frey, and the guy from Atomic Heart.
Squall is one of the best developed main FF characters so...
People talk about his "whatever" thing thats at the start of the game, not the character he eventually becomes in the end.

They'd have a hard time doing that if it's called Playstation Home 2. That raises the question of what the first one was.
