Contrary to other reports, Motor City Online is not coming back in any form, in China or else where, and is not at all related to Need for Speed World Online. EA has not announced the territories, and even still, World Online will not be called NFS: Motor City Online in any of them.
For almost two months the Need for Speed World community has been waiting for the Porsche Carrera GT to be released in Need for Speed World. The wait is finally over and the GT will be available on Thursday, September 27th.
The Porsche Carrera GT is a mid-engine monster with 612 horsepower and 435 lb•ft produced by a 5.7 liter V10 engine. It can hit 60 MPH in just 3.6 seconds, 100 MPH in 7.3 seconds and achieve speeds over 220 MPH! Its development can be traced all the way back to the 911 GT1 and LMP1-98 racing cars. An interesting fact about the Carrera GT is that it was originally supposed to be built using a Flat-6 engine but was later redesigned for their new V10. All Carrera GT's are were built at Porsche's manufacturing facility in Leipzig and by the end of their run a total of 1,270 of them were built

Seriously, im never playing this game till they have a massive HD update, or release a HD mod or something.

i wish ea would release a way for there to be open servers for the game or something
maybe just 1 small mco server would be nice, it was fun to go on there and just enjoy the game and talk about cars with real people
the game was ahead of its time imo
