The Director's Cut hasn't released on PC yet though which includes reworked graphics and brand new cutscenes/reworked cutscenes. When it does come to PC and PS5 you will be correct, but for now, it is a Switch 2 launch exclusive.
What you're referring to is just a consistently higher rez and framerate of the original game, but it still does not include the new content.

The PC version looks a million times better than this regardless, and anyone with eyes can see it.
The fact that the author only mentions the PS4 version in the review tells me that they know that very well, but they're intentionally ignoring the PC version because including it would dismantle their dishonest clickbait headline.
Of course, can't expect more than disingenuous Kool-Aid from a site explicitly promoting a console brand.😂

This is a timed exclusive it'll be on ps5 in 6 months than you'll probably celebrate it
I already played it 10 years ago when it dropped on PS3. Not interested in rehashes.

I thought this game was confirmed twice-over that it wasn’t 4k…. Is it or isn’t it?
I think this’ll be a great fit on the switch 2 but I’m not buying it at full price. I’ll look forward to it dropping low enough for me to consider picking it up again though.
