TNS: Dune: Awakening just had a lengthy livestream showcasing its endgame content, The Landsraad, which welcomes PvE and PvP players.
Zahra from NoobFeed Writes- It's a game that dares to ask more of its players and rewards them with a living, breathing Arrakis that few other mediums have captured so fully. Dune: Awakening succeeds by marrying intense survival systems with the grand scale of political intrigue and metaphysical mystery. It offers not just a game to be played but a very world to be lived in. A world where every drop of water matters and every decision echoes across the dunes.
I wish this game came out 3 years from now when my kids will be close to being teenagers and not want my time anymore so I could have the time to play an MMO like I would want to, a lot.
But the timing didn’t work out for this one unfortunately so hopefully a high quality MMO comes out in the next 3-4 years.
I started Everquest and World of Warcraft Day 1 so I can’t play MMO’s months or years after they release. It’s a unique experience growing with an MMO and it’s players from day 1, seeing bosses and areas only the elite players get to see for the first time. Maybe it will be the rumored EQ3.
Funcom: "Greetings Sleepers,
Dune: Awakening launched June 10th and 1,000,000 players have awakened! It’s now Funcom’s fastest selling game ever. To put it into perspective, it took Conan Exiles one year to reach this number. We’re truly humbled and thankful for this reception."
Following their success with crafting an online multiplayer survival game in the Exiled Lands with Conan Exiles, Funcom is looking to repeat the victory with a different IP.
This game will fail horrible. Looks so incredibly Bad and outdated
I’m excited for this
