Game Informer visited developer Rogue Factor to play a few hours of its promising debut title, Hell is Us.
Sitting down with Yves Bordeleau, founder and Head of Rogue Factor, we discuss how Hell is Us is a sustainably developed AA game. The game owned its visual identity. The cutscenes were beautifully rendered, and the world I explored felt curated. I was swept up in combat scenarios and engaged with the numerous hands-off puzzles and exploration incentives.

I don’t care about comparisons of AA to AAA. There are good and bad in both spaces. The label of AA or AAA has nothing to do with the outcome of the game.
If they make a good game I’ll buy it.
