TNS: GTA 6 has sadly suffered its first delay, however, it's a somewhat of a win for the gaming industry, especially for smaller games and studios.
MonsterVine: "Grand Theft Auto VI isn’t just facing a release delay—it’s battling shareholder expectations that demand nothing less than record-breaking perfection."
We all saw the life-like new trailer for GTA 6, and basically everyone was speechless; now, when the initial hype died down, the players are a bit skeptical that the game will look like the trailer.
I have my slight doubts as well. To my eyes, the visuals in first trailer looks marginally better.
I presume there might be different visual preset(s) for cutscenes, and gameplay and the game'll seamlessly transition between the two.
Then again, they made GTA V possible on a PS3 and RDR2 on an Xbox One. So ... fingers crossed, I guess.
I will wait for PC version it will be the best version. Sucks to wait but it is what it is
I 100% believe that's what the game will look like. Presentation and high fidelity graphics are finally starting to shine later in the gen so expect this game to look as advertised.
That's cause it won't. This was all cinematic in-engine footage. It's always doll'd up for trailers.
Alongside today's new Trailer 2 for Grand Theft Auto 6, a wealth of new screenshots have been revealed. They focus on the characters in the game, including protagonists Lucia and Jason.
Actually it's also good for games next year two if it sticks to may 26th. Now with gta in the middle of the year other devs can put their games out during either beginning or end of the year and not have to face the black hole that is gta6
Needing another year in development is something they could have announced a lot sooner. It's not like its a few weeks or months. It's a whole year. They had to have known stuff was that bad long before their post.
It's not good. Management was off by an entire year.
That necessary!
Sure and if your a PC gamer you'll have to wait another two years to play.
So yeah "The GTA 6 Delay is the Best Thing to Happen to the Gaming Industry this Year."
