Beautiful game with great music, graphics, gameplay and combat with well written characters and story. It's uniquely its own thing .... and it's only 50 bucks (45 if you preordered) . It's the type of rpg I've been wanting and waiting for since the end of the ps2 era . Who knew something French inspired would captivate me so much :)
Yeah it's a great game. 4.92 from 11000 scores is great. Baldurs Gate 3 has 4.81 for 80000ish and Stellar Blade has 4.83 from 80000ish. Will be interesting to see if it stays that high. I gave all those games a 5/5, has been some great gaming the last couple of years.
I have seen a ton of games made with no restraints and it didn't pay off. UBI puts a ton of restraints on their devs but their talent still shows through in the world building, even if they have to build a wrote world.
The parrying and dodge ability in this game changes everything for a great turn-based game.
