Wearing its inspirations on its sleeve, Clair Obscur paints itself into the pantheon of great RPGs.
Ubisoft Brasil: "A source of pride for the French gaming community - we celebrate the success of Clair Obscur: Expedition 33
With over 1M copies sold in one week, the French game has been a global phenomenon since its launch, and we at Ubisoft Brazil wish the team and fans of the game success."
Perhaps Sandfall can hold a special weekend, where they can invite Ubisoft and teach them how to make great games.
AAAA almost 40 years in the business Ubisoft can learn a thing or two from this brand new developer lol
Issue # 411 of Edge Magazine has been released, and it features reviews for games including Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, and more.
They gave Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 a 10, nice! Usually Edge are pretty tough critics.
I don't know. Giving Lost Records: Bloom & Rage a 7 is insanely generous. I'd probably cut that score in half. lol
Clair Obscur finds levity in despair, using quiet humor that feels lived in, where laughter reflects survival more than it does comic relief.
Awesome, I can't wait to jump into this, this weekend. Finally, a new and unique RPG, with taking inspiration from the classics. Everything about this game looks and sounds great.
Another GOTY contender,
Good year for RPG lovers. Nice!
It's getting high praise all over. Will pick it up for sure.
I want to play this as well. GamePass is killing it this year Oblivion yesterday and this game tomorrow.
I preordered this a long time ago as it looked great. I did not expect this great of a reception
