The Nintendo Switch 2 is so popular that even MicroSD cards are selling out in both online and physical stores.
Cyberpunk 2077 and The Witcher developer CD Projekt revealed its earnings and announced that Cyberpunk 2 is now in pre-production.
F1 25 Review - EA's fifth outing with the F1 series is now here with F1 25 and it comes with a new Braking Point entry and a lot more.
Street Fighter 6 on Switch 2 includes a Game-Key card and a 2-year expiring DLC code, raising concerns among physical game collectors.
Switch 2 really went from a ‘Day 1 Must Buy’ to a ‘Might pick one up some day in the future’, because of all the anti-consumer decisions Nintendo has made for their new console …
Modders are gonna hit the Switch 2 hard, and piracy is gonna be even higher on it than the first. That or 3rd party support will dry out sooner than later when enough people realize publishers don't wanna put in effort with physical releases on the system. People underestimate the casual consumer, when they feel screwed over they won't stick around like the fanboys. And with the astronomical prices of Switch 2 games I honestly can't see this succeed in the way Nintendo expects it to.
This Switch 2 stuff gets worse everyday. What other anti-consumer stuff are they hiding still?
1tb cards appear to be hitting the market now I'm going to hold off the internal storage should be sufficient for me personally for a few months most of my switch 1 games are physical
So popular, that STILL in Australia you can preorder both Switch bundles. They are not sold out here.
I'm not saying because it's like that here that it's the same in other places, but I am saying it's not the best sign. Hold your horses on saying how popular it is at this point.
Forget the PS5 and covid and what entailed there for sales. BUT think about the PS4, that sold out in minutes in Australia.
This Switch 2 is not that much different than the previous one, and it's friggin expensive to boot. I know Switch one sold so well, but the jury is out on this one until real sales numbers start coming in after launch. That's when we can judge how "popular" it is.
but ...
people are gonna have a rude awakening when they realise that they need micro express sd cards and others wont work for the switch 2 ha.
