The Outer Worlds 2 and Avowed may both be Obsidian-made games, but the former has a much bigger climb to face than the latter.

IGN First : We sit down with two lead Obsidian developers on The Outer Worlds 2, and they show us some of the RPG sequel's new, bigger worlds you'll be able to explore.
Obsidian took cues from Destiny to revamp gunplay in The Outer Worlds 2, adding better feedback, more variety, and agile movement like sprint-sliding.
"What's even more daunting, though, is that The Outer Worlds 2 doesn't just have to bring more to the table in terms of gameplay."
While I'm not saying it's a bad thing, it's this mentality that people start hating games even though they provide quality gameplay. Larian, for example, isn't likely to top BG3, but maybe, just maybe, meet it. But, we need to realize there is a limit to how much can be done and not keep expecting more out of quality studios when others aren't even matching them.
I could be wrong here but i was under the impression that, sadly, The Outer Worlds 2 wasn't coming to PS5. If thats the case, and again i could be wrong here, but why has this been posted on the playstation 5 forums?
