*Here's a fun one... Assassin's Creed: Shadows has been the best-selling video game in the US for each of its first 3 weeks in market, according to Circana's Retail Tracking Service (dollar sales, latest data through April 5th).
Currently ranks #2 year-to-date trailing only Monster Hunter: Wilds."
"Assassin's Creed Shadows brings the series to new heights by giving fans almost exactly what they wanted in a location long clamoured for."

As spotted by modder Sliderv2 on X, Assassin’s Creed Shadows may be adding a multiplayer mode, based on findings in the game’s files.
Ubisoft has spilled the beans on Assassin's Creed Shadows' post-launch support, providing a roadmap for upcoming content.
There's actually quite a lot to get through. First off, there are some pretty big updates in the works, which aim to bring more story-related stuff and fan-requested features to the release.
I'll be picking it up as soon as the complete edition goes on a deep sale. I would buy their stuff day one if they didn't cut up their games into tiers.
HELL YEAH!!!!
Plenty of amazing and HIGHLY requests features on our way!
I can´t wait for Naoe´s new parkour skills, Bo Staff and Ultimate Hardcore difficulty on New Game +!!!
Man people are really trying to paint this game as being mega successful as a slap to the face to ''haters'' aren't they. Yeah ofc it sold, it's ASSCreed. This game was never going to flop. It probably sold fine for an AC game but the real question is.. is that enough? Nope. It's not.
The hate campaign isn't going to like this.
What else of note has been released this year? Let's have some context
You can usually tell how popular a game is by how many miscellaneous articles are on n4g (how to do this or that, heres why this changes blah blah blah).
The only AC Shadows articles running are late reviews and articles about "how well its doing".
I hope the take away for Ubisoft is that they need to finish a game before launching it outlaws vs AC it's embarrassing
