Bandai Namco has responded to the widespread negative feedback from the Tekken 8 community following the release of Patch 2.0 and the launch of Season 2.

Season 2 for Tekken 8 launched with drastic system-wide changes, including increased combo damage, and powerful plus-frame homing moves.
This has to be the worst balance patch in fighting game history. I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like this, even the most optimistic people in the Tekken community are speaking out about it. Bamco responses though just seem tone deaf. They've had a whole year of feedback to listen to and basically went in the complete opposite direction. Nothing but a rollback will fix this mess in the immediate future.
