Monster Hunter Multiplayer Etiquette Is At An All Time Low

Monster Hunter vets need to help our new hunters learn the ropes in multiplayer.

Games that have players drop in and out you are always going to have problems when playing with randoms. It doesn’t matter what game it is

Exactly, don't play with randoms if you can help it, sometimes you get a great team, but most of the time, you get a fail team. Having said that, I had a pretty good experience with MH World, most players there were pretty good and really helped me.

I mean this has always been issue for me since monster hunter tri.
Especially the “vets”.
If someone died they would just leave the group.
But I will give them props. They would just run it over and over again until we do it perfect and no death.

So I guess it wasn’t all to bad

This is nothing new, nor is it a Monster Hunter specific problem. Matchmaking is always a gamble in any game. If you want consistent good quality multiplayer, play with friends.

Since the dawn of multiplayer games, multiplayer etiquette has been bad.

This is why I just play S&S support with wide range + free meal when I party with randos. It's the most full proof way to deal with people carting and honestly most groups love you for it.

Why do vets have to teach new people? Sure it's nice if they do, but the got no obligation whatsoever. The fucking entitlement here, because someone played more they need to teach you? what about trying to learn the game yourself or look up a guide on youtube
