Definitely interested. I enjoy Metroidvanias if done well and I love weird stories so this is sounding good already.

I definitely didn't expect the rabbit to be voiced by kazuma kiryu's japanese voice actor...you now have my attention.
That's why it sounded familiar. Lol. I heard it and was like damn the rabbit got a deep voice. Looked interesting to.
So the previous article posted here on N4G (233 days ago) mentions this, why is this such a ripoff of F.I.S.T.? That game was good btw.

This is a blatant rip-off of F.I.S.T.: Forge in Shadow Torch. How is this allowed? Anyway-F.I.S.T. is a very good game and is definitely worth checking out if you're into the "Metroidvania" genre.
Fist is an awesome game for sure.
This still looks interesting even if there are similarities.
It doesn't play AT ALL like F.I.S.T. The story is also completely different.
I'm fairly sure rabbits aren't copyrighted, which incidentally is another difference because F.I.S.T. has all sorts of animals, this has just rabbits.
So yeah, it's allowed because it's not a rip-off, blatant or otherwise.
I just watched the gameplay video again to confirm that maybe I was mistaken. Nope, it's a rabbit in a mech suit just like F.I.S.T. The suit even looks almost identical and the gameplay looks exactly the same right down to the wall sliding. Not sure what game you're looking at.

The protagonist of FIST doesn't ride a mecha. He fights with a mechanical fist attached to his chest.
FIST is a Metroidvania focusing on combat with some platforming. Rusty Rabbit focuses on breaking through blocks and finding loot.
Before you accuse a developer with a portfolio that you can't even dream of coming close to of plagiarism, I suggest thicker glasses.
Free demo for a new side scroller from Japan? Count me in!
One thing I like about Demo's if you don't like it you can "Delete" it.
