Korean developer EVR Studio is making "Project TH" and it looks to deliver Splinter Cell-inspired action and is slated for consoles and PC.
Thing is, sometimes, heaps of ambition are a game’s undoing, especially if the development team behind the title are tiny.
Someone should run Adblock through this. I bet they will sell your info about 150 -300 times in this one article offering this 'content' as compensation.

I've heard of Project Awakening which did indeed look amazing graphically but it's been about five years since it was last seen. Not promising.
I also know Quantum Error but I wouldn't have said it was known for its mind blowing graphics. The rest no idea whatsoever.

EVR Studio revealed a new third-person Splinter Cell-like game that will be using Unreal Engine, codenamed Project TH.
This looks great, hopefully it's more 'early SC' than 'press button to execute 10 guys in slo-mo SC'.
Also, you can always rely on smaller devs to fill in the gaps that companies like Ubisoft continue to neglect.
