Frame rate mostly. The 120hz will be lovely. On side by side images it's marginal over the Pro version
They should do something about the OG PD5 version too like add a decent upscale. The gap between PS5 and Pro shouldn't be so large in performance mode. The biggest PC benefit will be the lighting which Pro should get in its Quality mode.
