This is the internet people, 99% of sites find it hard to give any PS3 game 10/10 because they love Micro$oft for some unknown reason!!! :-/

This is why people shouldn't get all hyped up by console-fan early reviews (ps xtreme, nation, generation, universe, dimension, or whatever) They usually tend to score games way higher than they actually deserve.

Reading this it seems that Killzone has delivered on the promised: A technically impressive game. However, what hasn't been promised looks like it might have fallen short on expectations.

Sony needs to stop hyping their console on the technical side excessively and start paying more attention to character development and things that make a game legendary.

anyway the importance of a review isn't the score, its the comments made and impressions given, it sounds like they enjoyed it and if their observations reign true, we'll all love it too.

What they're saying is that the game looks great but is unoriginal, steals a lot from COD, and isn't introducing anything new to the genre like Halo, SMB, or Gears of War did. I expect this game to get a metascore in the 80's. All the PS3 mags are gloating over it because they have to to try to keep the sinking ship afloat that is the PS3. However, this is the second more realistic review that has come out from an impartial source.
