I literally cannot tell I am streaming a game rather than playing it locally anymore. Image quality is also amazing on portal, both remote play and cloud.
I streamed the entire campaign of Resistance 3 on PS5. Was pretty impressed. Yes, it did freeze momentarily a few times, but I was connected via wireless and my family were probably hammering the internet connection at the same time.
Don't have to make space on the internal storage just to play something, and the convenience of not needing a disc.
Will be using it again.

I have finally, after literal YEARS of being extremely critical of game streaming (used to be a part of a major Gaming site over the past 20+ years while being an "OG" Oldschool Gamer). And I have finally changed my thoughts on the Tech, as it has actually gotten to the point where it is a VERY stable and enjoyable feature that can now be used properly and has the ability to really grow going forward.
I still am a diehard physical copy gamer (always will be), but after the update for the PS Portal and experiencing first hand how well it performs for such a basic device (comparatively to other more powerful hardware) I was extremely impressed to say the least. So I had to finally adjust my thoughts.
It is not perfect by any means ~ but for the most part it is night and day from what I have dealt with over the years of testing/trying it out. To the point where I actually find PS+ Premium worthy to purchase, and have done so during the Black Friday deals to really add to the value for what you get/pay.
