They're pushing Donkey Kong because the park attraction is opening up soon, this is their focus right now.

Yep, and I think the original composer of Diddy Kong Racing, Graeme Norgate, accidentally spilled the beans on it coming to NSO very soon. I just happened to see it come through my LinkedIn feed, but 5 days ago he said, in reference to Diddy Kong Racing "...Still, good times and now you can play it on the Switch, what a time to be alive!"

I passed this tip to NintendoLife yesterday, but they haven't acted on it yet. If any other site wants to go ahead and run it as a Rumor, have at it!
