Delta Force Caught Using Battlefield 2042 Art for Marketing; Devs Apologize and Investigating

Team Jade was caught using a Battlefield 2042 image with the watermark cropped out to promote Delta Force.

Oh yes, I'm sure they'll investigate. It's not like Chinese companies are known for stealing from others. Lol. Their game is already a battlefield ripoff.

KyRo164d ago

As do Western companies. Let's pretend that doesn't happen though because they're Chinese and therefore must be evil 🙄

Rynxie164d ago

You're honestly going to compare the integrity of American companies to Chinese? You're a 🤡

Congratulations

Some public examples of companies not participating in IP theft are along the lines of

When EA was hacked the source code to the most recent FIFA was stolen the hackers attempted to sell that to devs and publishers in America and Europe all rejected the offer

Same thing happened when a group of hackers stole the GTA source code recently

Companies don't just commit IP theft if they did they would be criminally liable and it would be largely unethical

Promoting by using BF2042??? Are they sure they want this game to sell? BF2042 was the nail in the coffin for the series. Micro transactions overdose

Let's not pretend that China isn't easily the worst country for making knock off versions of everything, they even sell fake food to their own people, like fake eggs , fake baby milk and fake everything you can name.

…The integrity of American companies…😂🤣… 😂🤣

I’m sorry, I couldn’t just ignore that comedy gold! 🤡

Inspiration for this game is pretty obvious. The explanation though, seems to be out of ass.

Delta Force: Black Hawk Down Preview: A Solid Job of Reviving a Classic Military FPS Campaign - IGN

IGN : Delta Force: Black Hawk Down does genuinely capture the spirit of an old-school, turn-of-the-century shooter campaign, but there are still enough unanswered questions that being guardedly optimistic is the only answer we could come up with after our time with it.

A skin like her's flies past immersion breaking and into a bizarre, commercialized form of disrespectful social gymnastics.

I certainly hope so. COD went bonkers ages ago with the operators and skins
