Miyazaki said he thought waiting for new tech was compelling when talking about a Bloodborne remake. To me that means it will probably be a similar offering at PS6 launch like Demon’s Souls was for PS5. If we do actually get it. Cuz Demon’s Souls had a full gen between original and remake

People will buy the pro because for games that optimize the pro the difference is far more noticeable....F1 24 looks phenomenal with ray tracing on the pro vs the ps5's quality mode....the difference really is striking. PSSR is a good upgrade....other games like Horizon, Hogwarts, etc. also show visual enhancements while several of the titles offer 60 fps or higher options. For people with quality audio/video setups, the pro will be worth it. It definitely is not for the casual gamer who isn't playing on an upper level display or doesn't have access to vrr. PS4 non-optimized games are not what the machine was built for. It's expensive and definitely a luxury purchase, but for those who have the expendable income it will be worthwhile for them.

I kind of want both, honestly. The 30fps sucks for the type of game it is, but this is one of the most aliased games I've ever played. I love the game. It's legitimately one of my favorites; but it's janky as all hell on the technical side.
