TheGamer writes: I was not expecting to watch the full hour of gameplay, but wow, it looks absolutely incredible. I felt more emotion during the battle scene between the United Empire Of Earth (UEE) and the invading lizard-like Vanduul, than I did during any of the recent Star Wars films
Today, Cloud Imperium Games had a pair of reveals for both its online space simulator Star Citizen, and its single-player counterpart, Squadron 42.
Today Star Citizen developer Cloud Imperium Games released a new video focusing on the soundtrack of the single-player campaign Squadron 42.
Star Citizen and Squadron 42 developer Cloud Imperium Games has undergone a significant shake-up to its management team to hit its deadlines.
Hope the Squadron 42's 2025 release target is real.
Given Cloud Imperium, if they target 2025 end, they might be able to actually ship that part of the Star Citizen package by 2026 end. And that's enough for many interested who just wants to enjoy the single-player part of it.
Deadlines? Star Citizen and deadlines.... is this an out of season April fools joke?
As someone said... " i really couldn't care less about the gameplay at this point , Im more than happy to sit here and watch stuff of that quality for 30+ hours , that was truely amazing".
I fully agree it just looks stunning feels like watching a movie , with crazy acting and presentation never seen before in a game!
In marketing it's called BULLSHOT
All those high-end graphics and rendering systems, for a gameplay premiere that was nothing more than an on-rails turret shooter with AI set on a static scripted path.
These guys don't know how to make a game and management forced the devs to work 7 days a week for weeks leading up to this joke.
