“In response, the PlayStation support representative stated that the option to redeem accumulated PS Star points for PSN credit is no longer available, as the feature has been removed.”
It’s stupid how some ppl can still redeem for $10, while others can’t redeem for anything at all. Way to split the user base. Who thought this through? 😤
On my account ALL of the bonus funds rewards are gone while others can still do it to some degree.
This decision was truly made 4 the Players.
Stay classy, Sony.

I only had the $15 dollar option left, redeemed three times to use up my points yesterday.
I am a Sony fanboy, but this is not cool, if they want to remove it, at least give people plenty of time to redeem first.
The inconsistency in who has what options available to them is wild. I think the announcement was that they were ditching the £5 option and leaving the £10 option but the reality is all over the shop. Why.
Pretty disappointing that they did this. All these bad changes are making PS Stars pointless. I assume that they're going to shut it down entirely in the future, like they're doing with Sony Rewards.
